§126. Ownership; control and decisionmaking authority

            A. An in vitro fertilized human embryo is not susceptible of ownership, and is not the property of the physician who acts as an agent of fertilization, or the facility which employs the physician, or the donors of the sperm and ovum.

            B. Neither the facility nor the physician acting as an agent of fertilization shall have decisionmaking authority over a viable in vitro fertilized human embryo.

            C. The intended parent or parents shall have control and decisionmaking authority over a viable in vitro fertilized human embryo.
