§2793.10. Immunity from liability for homeland security and emergency preparedness,
response and recovery activities
The state and any political subdivision thereof, and other agencies, engaged in
homeland security, emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities shall be
immune pursuant to R.S. 29:735.
