Art. 2724. Articles relating to sales under fieri facias applicable
A. The provisions of Articles 2293(A) through (C), 2333 through 2335, 2337
through 2344, and 2371 through 2381, relating to a sale of property under the writ of fieri
facias, shall apply to a sale of property under the writ of seizure and sale.
B. The provisions of Article 2336 shall also apply to a sale of property under the writ
of seizure and sale, unless appraisement has been waived, as provided in Article 2723.
