§280.1. Eating disorder awareness and prevention; required instruction

            A. Each public school governing authority shall provide age- and grade-appropriate instruction relative to eating disorder awareness and prevention. Such instruction shall be integrated into the curriculum of an existing required course, such as health education, physical education, or another required course deemed appropriate by the governing authority.

            B. Each public school governing authority shall adopt rules and regulations necessary for implementation of this Section.
