§59. Application of definitions; distinctions between the sexes
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any provision of law
enacted by the legislature or any rule adopted by a state agency or other entity subject to the
Administrative Procedure Act when applicable to an individual's sex shall apply those
definitions provided in R.S. 9:58.
