§900.2. Proof of financial responsibility; policy issued in another state
Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Title to the contrary, if an
owner of a vehicle registered in this state has a valid motor vehicle liability policy issued in
another state, his motor vehicle liability policy shall be deemed to be valid proof of financial
responsibility.
