§1033. Permit application

           Any duly incorporated humane society contracted to perform animal control services by a parish or municipality or any parish or municipal animal control agency may apply to the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health for a permit to purchase, possess, and administer sodium pentobarbital for the humane euthanasia of animals.
