Rule 13.71. Changes in fixed schedules
The chairman, with approval of the President, may make changes in the session
committee meeting schedule as provided for in Rule 13.69 when extraordinary
circumstances require, subject to all other applicable rules, and in such case, he shall
make public announcement of the change.
