§799.5. Commission duties and responsibilities
In addition to duties, responsibilities, and powers provided by the constitution and
statutory law, the commission:
(1) Shall establish a conservation management plan for the White Lake Property.
(2) May authorize the conduct of lottery hunts on the White Lake Property by the
department or through a cooperative endeavor agreement.
