§3091.  Other Office of Financial Institutions responsibilities

The Office of Financial Institutions, in addition to other grants of authority, is hereby authorized to serve as a clearinghouse for information relevant to potential incorporators or organizers of a LCDFI and for the locating and promoting of qualified Louisiana businesses seeking infusions of capital.
