§902.1. Transfer of adjudicated juvenile delinquents
Notwithstanding Title VIII of the Louisiana Children's Code or any
other provision of law, the secretary of the department may promulgate rules
and regulations to authorize the transfer of adjudicated juvenile delinquents to
adult correctional facilities when the delinquents have attained the age of
seventeen years, the age of full criminal responsibility.
