§101.5. Powers of the secretary
A. The powers of the secretary shall include without limitation the power to do the
following:
(1) Administer general oversight of expenditures or commitments to make
expenditures from the dedicated fund account for the identification, inventory, and removal
of underwater obstructions as he deems necessary and appropriate.
(2) Maintain all supervisory and fiscal responsibility imposed under the provisions
of this Part which are not specifically conferred upon the assistant secretary.
(3) Perform such other specific functions as may be enumerated or envisioned by the
provisions of this Part.
B. The powers provided for in this Section shall be in addition to and shall not limit
the powers conferred on the secretary in other provisions of this Title or by any other
provisions of any state or federal law or regulation.
