§1156. Manual of design types, costs, performance and evaluation procedures for certain
thermal systems
The secretary shall develop a manual of design types, costs, performance, and
evaluation procedures for passive and semipassive thermal systems. The evaluation
procedures shall be such as will facilitate the determination of the performance of different
passive and semipassive designs in different regions of Louisiana. The secretary shall also
procure thermal performance data from monitoring a number of existing passive or
semipassive thermal systems in buildings in Louisiana to generate data for the manual.
