§962. Definitions
As used in this Chapter, the following words, terms, and phrases have the meanings
ascribed to them in this Section, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(1) "Running surface waters" means the running waters of the state, including the
waters of navigable water bodies and state owned lakes.
(2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Department of Conservation and Energy
and his designees.
