§39. Attempt to restore or secure new production as interruption of prescription
After production has ceased and prescription has commenced anew, it may be
interrupted by good faith operations conducted in accordance with the general principles of
Articles 29 through 31 to restore production or to secure new production from the same well
or mine, whether from the same geological formation or one different from that previously
producing.
