PROGRAM AND BONE MARROW DONATIONS

§1263.1. Definitions

            As used in this Part:

            (1) "Office" shall mean the office of the secretary in the Louisiana Department of Health.

            (2) "Secretary" shall mean the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health, or his designated representative.
