§1313. Miscellaneous
A. The provisions of this Chapter shall not affect the exemptions provided in Chapter 2 of Subtitle II of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 for the sale, purchase, import, or storage of property for export or use out of state.
B. Any advertising program by a retailer or by or on behalf of the tax free shopping program shall not be subject to R.S. 47:304(F).
