§45. Secretary to enforce Part

            The secretary shall see that the provisions of this Part are fully and properly complied with and the district attorney in whose district a violation takes place shall, on application, bring suit if necessary to enforce the provisions of this Part. Any injunction which may be necessary shall be furnished without bond.
