           Specifically, the building will be upgraded with office provision, refitting of the structure's space, internet and communication installations, and related items. The building has been designated as a shelter to provide displaced businesses and office space, and communication center for all disaster service providers. The space will also e used as a training center for businesses to learn, establish, interns sites and teach other s marketing strategies.

          To provide sufficient space and functionality to allow for the collaboration of emergency services during natural disasters throughout our region. Also, to provide shelter for displaced businesses. The space will be used as a training center for small businesses in rural areas to learn and to teach others marketing strategies.

          Goal: To acquire and retro fit a facility to provide a place to accomplish the overall purpose of providing services to businesses displaced by natural disasters.
Goal: To purchase all equipment and materials necessary to train the small business owners in the delta in the use of internet marketing strategies for increasing the volume of business.
