          The Foundation's mission is to exclusively support the Guard in the implementation of the Military Department's mission and goals.

          To be able to respond when it is necessary, the Guard requires its readiness centers to be operational, whether or not utility can provide power. This project will provide site energy resiliency to the Guard's four most critical bases.
