           Louisiana National Guard Foundation Solar Photovoltaic Project ("LANG Project")

Development of multiple utility-scale solar photovoltaic energy systems, including, without limitation, the equipment and devices that have the primary purpose of collecting solar energy and producing electricity that are compliant with existing or anticipated renewable portfolio standards on numerous Military Department, State of Louisiana ("LMD") military installations to improve LMD's readiness, sustainability and resiliency in the performance of it's mission, which the LANG Project, may include, without limitation, the funding of diligence, analysis, testing, development,planning, design, engineering, permitting, licensing, leasing and construction contracts related to the entirety of the LANG Project, whcih my include, without limitation, professional services, University requirements, financial assurance and security requiremtns, workforce development and training, acquisition, procurrement and developemnt of equipemnt, hardware, software, technology, materials, facilities and licenses in conncetion with the continous development and construction of pwoer generation, transmission and storage. Which includes the continued development of infrastructure to stregthen and enhance resiliency and reliability including microgrid formation to further enhance grid resiliency on at least five key military installations, to include but not limited to Training Center Pineville in Rapides Parish.

          The Louisiana Naitonal Guard Foundation's mission is to exclusively support the Louisiana National Guard in the implementation of the Louisiana Military Department's mission and goals.

          To be able to respond, when required, the Louisiana National Guard requires it's readiness centers to be fully operational, regardless of whether or not the utility company can provide the required power. This project will provide site specific energy resilience to the Guard's most critical installations.
