          The purpose for acquiring these funds is to educate the public, those in reentry, child welfare systems and the public on the purpose, uses, and administration of harm reduction. Our goal is to reduce the amounts of opioid overdoses. Awareness is obtained by educating and using public facilities to access target audiences, by advertising the existence of these programs we will increase public awareness. We seek to utilize public recreational centers school settings or any venue that will support our effort will be region wide.

          The goals and objectives for achieving this purpose are 1. to inform the public that harm reduction is a set of practical strategies and ideas aimed at reducing negative consequences of drug use. 2. to inform our target audience that harm reduction is a social justice built on. The for using, the mindset an individual brings to the situation and the setting or the environment in which the person is discovered.12
