Objective 1.2: Secure funding and partnerships to maintain low rental costs, making the apartments accessible to seniors on fixed incomes.
Goal 2: Enhance Quality of Life
Objective 2.1: Design apartments with senior-friendly features, including accessible layouts, safety measures (e.g., grab bars, non-slip flooring), and communal areas to foster social interaction.
