           As a HUD certified financial housing counseling and education agency, NDF employees are skilled, independent professionals who are available to offer advice, by listening and helping our program participants make informed decisions based on their financial situation and needs — often at little or no cost to them.
NDF is task to help its program participants across the greater New Orleans area navigate the housing financial and mental journeys and to ensure they are financially prepared for long-term, successful asset building.
NDF would like to be positioned to offer these services to all participants without financial hinderances in a way that is available for those that are technology challenged as well as those who are technology savvy. NDF would has 4-plots of land to continue the development and sale of affordable housing in the central city Hoffman triangle neighborhood area which is prime for workforce development housing.
