	•	Expand Healthy Food Access: Establish a farm-to-table system linking local growers with our culinary programs. Fresh, affordable meals will be distributed through NC3’s feeding programs, ensuring vulnerable populations—including children, seniors, and low-income families—receive nutritious food.
	•	Support Local Agriculture: Partner with farmers to boost demand for locally grown produce, strengthen rural supply chains, and reduce food deserts in underserved communities.
	•	Workforce Development: Provide culinary and hospitality training for residents, with a focus on youth and individuals reentering the workforce. Participants will gain marketable skills in food preparation, catering, customer service, and entrepreneurship.
	•	Job Creation: Establish employment pipelines through Infused Cuisines and NC3 programs, offering participants opportunities to transition from training to meaningful careers.
	•	Community Engagement: Host workshops, cooking demonstrations, and cultural events that promote healthy living, financial literacy, and youth empowerment.
