          The Chief Executive Officer will oversee day-to-day operations. The Workforce Development Coordinator will manage the reporting of all activities and ensure that program objectives are met and prepare lessons, assignments and conduct class sessions. Work one-on-one and as a group with participating students to identify and study career interests and aptitudes. The Chief Operations Officer will coordinate all marketing and advertising. The Youth and Family Services Coordinator will develop pair students with Algiers business for job shadow opportunities, draft resume, pair students with professional resume reviewers, and train for professional interviews. The Public Relations/Community Engagement Coordinator will work with community partners to help recruit students for the program. The Chief Financial Officer will manage payroll, timesheets, and oversee the functionality of funding youth stipends.
