		HCR3	BAGLEY	VACCINES/VACCINATION - Repeals administrative rules of the La. Department of Health adding COVID vaccines to the state immunization schedule and requiring schools to prohibit in-person attendance by certain unvaccinated students
		HCR4	BUTLER	MEDICAID - Increases Medicaid reimbursement to intermediate care facilities for resident leave of absence days (EN +$676,087 GF EX See Note)
		HCR38	DAVIS	EXCEPTIONAL PERSONS - Forms a working group to study the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health conditions
